I've enjoyed shooting black and white photos with this unit, and I hope the next person will have the same sentiments. The overall condition of this system I would grade as good to average. This is not a museum piece, it is a photographic composition tool, and was treated as such. This is a well cared for and properly stored unit. To the best of my knowledge, the camera does not have any light leaks. The camera has been CLA'ed once in the decade that I have owned the system. I only shoot black and white because it easier to develop the negative. I do not have a dark room, and I use a developer dark bag to put the negative in a Paterson tank.
