The camera is in excellent condition and has been fully tested and checked. The camera is in full working order. Cosmetically it is in fantastic shape considering its age. The shutter speeds are accurate and all work perfectly. The mirror is in great condition, is unmarked and undamaged. The WLF sits perfectly flat and raises and collapses perfectly with no issues. The focusing screen has some very tiny dust specks on it but nothing that affects the use and of course this doesn't affect the image. The A12 120 film back is in full working order and is light tight. Optically the lens is perfect with no dust, haze, fungus or scratches. The aperture stops down as it should and there is no oil on the blades. This is a great example of an early version of the 500, and optically it can't be beat.
