Hasselblad 500c 50mm f4 lens A12 matched back -Near Mint- working order

  

Up for sale is a Hasselblad 500c with a 50mm f4 Distagon lens and an A12 back with matched insert. The camera is in near mint condition because there is wear on the lens and minimal wear on the waist level finder- read below. This is not a yard sale find and has been used and tested by me. 500c camera body- This is in near mint condition and fully works. It's not my goto camera as I primarily use my 500cm but this body works.

The leather has been replaced by Aki-asahi and is in mint condition. The leather looks amazing and has excellent grip. There his no shrinkage, tear, lifting, scratches of any kind. The chrome shows minimal wear, at best. The mirror itself shows minimal wear but nothing that can be seen when looking through the focus screen.

The bottom metal plate has minimal paint loss, but this is an old camera and is kinda to be expected as this wasn't a shelf sitter. The body doors are clean and functional and the mirror operates just as it should.

This camera is dated to the mid/late 50's and could probably do with a CLA but it fully works cleanly. The focus screen- This is in excellent condition and is bright. It has minimal wear, at best. I can't see any scratches or defects that would impair use. Waist level finder- Pops up with ease when needed.

As seen on image 7, there is a little wear on the rear edge of the chrome door. Just shows that it has been used. The magnifying glass opens with ease and is clean from scratches. As seen on images 1-3 there is a very tiny piece of leather missing by the button used to open. Outside of that, the leather is fully intact with no lifting or shrinkage. A12 film back- This is in excellent condition and is light tight, with fully working matched V insert. The dark slide is clean. The insert works just as intended. The case is light tight. The leather is fully intact and free from lifting or shrinkage. The only defect with this back is that little holder/window for the paper film reminder is there an actual name for this?

Window has been glued closed. Which can be seen in images 3 and 5. It only affects being able to put a reminder for what film you are using, there. Everything else is in full 100% working order. 50mm lens- This lens was given to me but I have never used it as I have the newer 50 version.

From its age, it would be good to have a CLA but, from dry firing it- the shutter works and the speeds seem accurate. Focus is smooth from end to end.

There is moderate wear on the outside of the body like light scratches but nothing that affects image quality. The front element has a faint scratch, which can bee seen on image 11, and very faint cleaning marks (hard to photograph).

Neither of which, I can see through the focusing screen. The rear element is clean and clear. There is no fungus, separation, or haze. I can't really see any dust so I will say it's minimal at best. All in all this camera is in excellent condition and is a solid workhorse. I regularly sell my own camera equipment and it's all been used/tested.
