For sale is one Rolleiflex 4560 film back INCLUDING the proper adapter to fit Rolleiflex 6008 series cameras. With an additional adapter (not included in this listing), the film back section will also fit the Hy6 series of Rolleiflex cameras.

I have owned this package for approx. Two years and used it for maybe 20 rolls of film on a 6008 Integral and Integral 2 and it has always operated flawlessly.

16 frames of 6 x 4.5 from a roll of 120 film. Please see my other listings, shortly I will be listing a number of other Rolleiflex items.
